I think this example is about customer asking “Commute” as one of the responses say. But does the customer really goes and ask for a solution from the solution provider saying “I want to commute”. I think that’s where people get confuse. We have to…

For me this has more than one side to look at it.
Do we know for a fact it is the CAR that actually the client (end user) wants?
